Letterzz ("Letterzz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website letterzz.com and the online store at shop.letterzz.com, through which we sell digital guides, ebooks, and membership subscriptions (together, the "Products"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, store, and Products. By purchasing a Product or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Letterzz is a digital publishing brand producing guides and ebooks across Mind & Growth, Business & Career, Money & Life Planning, and AI & Smart Work. Letterzz is operated by Letters Tech Services (202203015600), Malaysia.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (USD unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed securely through our store platform (Payhip) and its supported payment processors (such as PayPal). We do not collect or store your card details ourselves. Membership plans renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
Individually purchased guides are delivered as downloadable files through our store. Membership content is delivered via BookFunnel, which may provide a web-reader and/or a restricted download depending on the title. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep access to the delivery platform used for your purchase.
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue accessing a Product you purchased, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will help resolve it.
You may cancel a Membership subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not refund the current billing period, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business use as described on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, share your download/membership access with others, or claim authorship of our content — unless a specific product is explicitly sold with commercial or resale rights.
All guides, text, designs, and other content are owned by Letterzz (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright. Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
We may suspend or terminate access to Membership content if a payment fails, is disputed or charged back, or if these Terms are violated.
We may add, update, or remove titles from the Membership library, and may change prices or renewal terms for future purchases with reasonable notice. Where Founding Membership pricing was locked at the time of signup, that locked rate will be honoured for the period stated at signup.
Our guides are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or other licensed advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letterzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our site or Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
